Misha May Foundation
There are many worthy options when it comes to deciding where you'd like to donate your spare time or hard-earned money. As animal-lovers, we're sponsoring the Misha May Foundation for 2010.
The Misha May Foundation is a grassroots organization headed by founder and executive director Lorraine May that rescues animals about to be euthanized.
What does The Misha May Foundation do?: The MMF not only takes in animals that are slated for euthanasia or found on the streets, they offer great classes for dog training, reiki for animals and is extremely knowledgeable about animal behavior. Lorraine May holds Masters Degrees in both Education and Psychology and consults on behavior, for the general public, as well as various shelters and rescue groups.
