Community Resource Guide (CRG) Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in submitting a CRG ad to Natural Awakenings.

Deadline: the 10th of the month prior to publication (i.e. July 10 for August issue).

Cost: This includes a logo/graphic and about 50 words.
If you currently advertise with us, $45/month.
If you do not currently advertise with us:
1-5 months is $90/month
6-11 months is $76.50/month.
12 months is $67.50/month.

You will have an opportunity to pay via credit card or paypal after submission.You don't need to have an account with paypal to use your credit card through the paypal system.

If you prefer not to use these methods, please fill out and email or fax back BOTH the Credit Card Authorization and the Contract. Sorry, we don't accept checks. You will be billed on the 20th of the month before publication.

We will need a high resolution graphic of at least 300 dpi. We can work with smaller lower resolution photos, but they don't print as well. Please send separately to editor@milehighnaturalawakenings.com and reference "CRG: your business name".
