Calendar Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in submitting a calendar event to Natural Awakenings. Calendar events are 50 words or less, including your contact information; we will edit these for style and text.

Deadline: the 10th of the month prior to publication (i.e. July 10 for August issue). Calendar events must be submitted each month; even ongoing events so that we know they haven't been cancelled. If you submit after the 10th of the month, we can't guarantee your event will be published.

**Please read the information below as there are CHANGES FOR 2012**

Costs:
- Free for free events
- MAX OF 2 FREE FOR ANY ONE ORGANIZATION (that includes the two free offered for a distribution point or resource guide advertiser)
- BASIC Calendar listings are $10 each for a paid event; $5 for a non-profit
- UPGRADE TO A HIGHLIGHTED CALENDAR LISTING FOR $10 ADDITIONAL
- UPGRADE TO AN EXPANDED LISTING OF 75 WORDS FOR $10 ADDITIONAL

- PREMIUM SAVE THE DATE $65 INCLUDES 1 GRAPHIC, SPECIAL POSITIONING IN FRONT OF CALENDAR,, UP TO 75 WORDS, COLORED BOX WRAP

- Dislay Advertisers get the first 5 free; Resource Guide listing advertisers receive 2 free;
- Distribution Point (we drop off at least 10 to you each month) you get 2 free.

Save the Date Listings are $65 for a graphic, up to 75 words, special positioning at the front of the calendar, and its own highlighted box. See our Calendar page for more examples.


You will have an opportunity to pay via credit card or paypal after submission. You don't need to have an account with paypal to use your credit card through the paypal system.

If you prefer not to use these methods, please fill out and email or fax back the Credit Card Authorization. Sorry, we don't accept checks. You will be billed on the 20th of the month before publication.

Tell Us Your Status:
Tell us if you an Advertiser (5 free), Distribution Point (2 free), Free Event (up to 2 for any one organization), Resource Guide listing (2 free); or Neither (payment after submission) ? See below to specify whether BASIC, EXPANDED, HIGHLIGHTED OR SAVE THE DATE LISTING.
* Date(s) of the event:
  Ongoing Event? (i.e. every Tuesday)
* Name/Title of the event? Examples: Yoga and Meditation, Wellness Fair.

Time of the event: Include starting and ending times, or starting time at a minimum.

Be sure to indicate am and pm. Examples: 8-10am. 11am-2pm. 4-5pm. No periods in am or pm necessary.

* Event Description:

What is the event about? For example: "A spiritual gathering of blessings, love, healing, empowerment and community. Church is followed by an aura healing clinic, refreshments and community."

Brief description of the facts (35 words for regular calendar; 75 max for Save the Date).Your submission will be edited..


* Cost: Cost of the event, per person (include cost for various age ranges if appropriate). Example: $12. $125. $12.50. Free. For different costs: $12/members, $15/nonmembers.

If this is a DONATION event, in order to be considered FREE, you must put SUGGESTED DONATION or LOVE OFFERING, otherwise we will request that you pay for your submission.
