Begin Your Qigong Lifestyle: 9 weeks of fun learning and practicing essential qigong self-care foundations to create a daily qigong self-practice on Tuesday, September 3, 6-8pm. Meets weekly. Enrollment prior to 9/3 required. No experience necessary.

Qigong Movement: Gentle meditative moving postures are into the practice of Qigong Self-care. Check website for details; certain Thursdays, 6-7:30pm, and Saturdays, 1-2:30pm. Drop-ins welcomed. No experience necessary.
