If you could do one little change in your life, what would it be? Join us for a 4 week group coaching to learn how this one little change can impact your life in a subtle or even a more profound way. You could add something meaningful such as an exercise routine to get you started on your goal of climbing a fourteener or you may have wanted to give up alcohol for one month to make sure it does not have control over you. There are many things available to change in order to improve our physical, financial or even our mental health. But whatever you choose, this group coaching will teach you the 5 steps on one little change plus you get the support and accountability sometimes needed to change.
